Working within the cosmetics sector is a huge part of our operations. We provide daily support to multiple locations offering contracted engineering maintenance, process and production management and breakdown assistance. We regularly work in process facilities to enhance batch production of cosmetic products from large scale vessels. Working to ISO 22716 and BRC standards, we have installed and piped up jacketed vessels on site as well as redesigned, repaired and installed various mixing stirrers, homogenizers and pumping systems related to the mixing process.

Fleetworks provides cosmetics production solutions in every way. We have extensive experience in tube filling, hot filling, multi head filling, alcohol filling, labelers, cappers, coders, conveyors, transfer belt systems and automating each process, which has allowed us to previously complete the installation of production lines capable of producing over 25 million units per year.  With our expertise, we can work with the most challenging products to provide solutions giving the best results. 

We have undertaken projects building bespoke transfer belt systems to suit particular coding and conveying operations, nozzles and cylinder sets for filling challenging bottle shapes operations and sophisticated product management systems to allow seamless automation of product to machine using automated processes.

The food sector is an integral part of our business. With our head office based in the east of England, huge opportunities come from within food and drink. We provide support to one of Europe’s biggest fresh produce suppliers across the east and beyond. The support we offer within food, ranges from the growing operations all the way to the packing and distribution. 

We work within some of the highest state of the art facilities, taking ideas from designs to concepts to successfully implemented projects.

One of the largest manufacturing clients we work alongside is in the bottling industry. Using blow molding and injection molding machines, bottles are produced in custom made molds to create the product required on mass. 

Fleetwork’s services have been used to run through an extensive overhaul program across this site, identifying areas in need of attention and repair to enhance efficiency and productivity. To date, we have achieved an increase of 20% productivity across a site achieving 75 million bottles annually, and a hugely reduced rate of breakdown call outs by implementing planned preventative maintenance programs. We continue to provide ongoing support to further develop key areas across the business. 

At Fleetworks, we understand the importance of the pharmaceutical industry and what it requires from us. 

We have integrated with onsite engineers to provide the best outcome for time and efficiency. In many instances, this will be to develop an idea to enhance production speed. Our team have the in-house expertise to enable us to strategically plan the most efficient install or repair to eliminate downtime and enhance production rates. We have implemented this on many occasions within some of the leading medical manufacturing companies in the world.

Agriculture is at the heart of the East of England, often working hand in hand with the food production sector.

Our team has comprehensive experience within the retail sector and has taken on a variety of projects within the industry. We have been involved with the development and install of shop fitting some of the Uk’s largest retailers as well as the high-end hotel market, particularly within central London. 

Projects include general shop fitting, installation of repeat refit projects rolled out on a national scale, and bespoke manufactured media walls for shop fronts to suit the clients requirements. 

Stage and theatre is an industry which we pride ourselves within. From the main stages in the west end, to the largest arenas in the world. We have many examples of work we have been involved in. 

Some of our larger projects include winching systems for stage props to be elevated from the ground during musicals, to parts of the control boards which run the lighting in arenas. We have made multiple parts for these systems as well as being heavily involved in the installation of them. We understand how essential reliability is within our work, and our stage and theatre history is a shining example how producing parts and projects side by side can produce the most flawless productions. 

Safety is paramount within both aviation and automotive sectors. Fleetworks have been a trusted supplier and contractor within both sectors on countless occasions. We have some fantastic relationships within the industries and pride ourselves on the work we have achieved with them all. 

We have been privileged enough to work on some of the UK’s finest classic cars and planes. Including Spitfire aircrafts and classic Rolls Royce vehicles. Many of these are well known and recognized display pieces, so our attention to detail is second to none. 

We have been involved in the manufacture of Innovative redesigns using improved modern-day understandings to replace and repair historical components. Aircraft seat adjustment systems, rally sport roll cage systems, and manufactured modified components are just a few examples of our involvement within the industry

 With an established record in the energy sector, Fleetworks has been involved in renewable energy from day 1, providing support to leading sustainable energy providers working on core boiler systems, power distribution, renewable fuel delivery systems and general site maintenance. Power stations are essential parts of infrastructure, and we understand, providing on call assistance is vital when required, weather this be on-phone or in-person support.

Oil and gas markets are constantly demanding in today’s climate, and we are proud to provide essential parts to a global market. We have the ability to manufacture complex materials which are often required such as Inconel, Duplex and Hastelloy, and have a good level of experience in corrosion.
